“Insanely creative. Looks fantastic!”
“Jane has done 2 façade renovation plans for me. She is competent, professional, punctual and insanely creative. We could not be more happy with the outcome. One has been built so far – and looks fantastic! The second is underway!”

“Stayed true to our vision.”
“We’re so happy we chose Jane as our façade designer. She gave us clear direction from the start and helped us stay true to our vision throughout the build. She understood exactly what we wanted and delivered it perfectly. Jane made the whole process so much easier and we’d highly recommend her.”

Transform Your Sydney Home with a Facade Design Plan
A beautiful exterior doesn’t happen by accident – it’s the result of experience, insight, and a well-considered plan.
Without expert guidance, the excitement of your renovation or new build can quickly fade, leaving you with an exterior that falls short of what you’d imagined, and a feeling of disappointment every time you come home.
A Facade Design Plan gives you the vision and the roadmap to create a home exterior that’ll exceed what you ever thought was possible.
That’s Why Our Facade Design Plans Provide:
A tailored exterior design that suits your style, your home, and your budget.
Expert colour, material, and detail recommendations that bring the design to life.
A clear, easy-to-follow plan you can confidently share with your builder and trades.
Whether you’re modernising an outdated facade or refining the exterior expression of your architect’s design, we create a clear, considered plan that sets you up for a seamless, stylish, and impressive result.
Façade Design for Sydney Homes
Sydney homes offer an incredible variety of architectural styles, from Federation and Californian bungalows to mid-century brick homes, contemporary coastal properties and modern new builds. Each comes with its own opportunities when it comes to creating a beautiful, cohesive façade.
Whether your home is in an established leafy suburb, a coastal neighbourhood or a newer residential area, the right combination of materials, colours and architectural details can transform its appearance while respecting its original character.
At The Facade Design Co., we help Sydney homeowners rethink their exteriors, whether that means modernising a dated brick façade, bringing together an existing home and a new extension, or refining the exterior of a completely new home.
Our approach is tailored to your home’s architecture, its surroundings, your personal style and your renovation or building budget. The result is a considered façade design that feels right for your home, rather than simply following the latest trends.
